Methodology
Every report on this site is generated from an official FDA warning letter. Our process:
- We collect warning letters from the FDA's official public database at fda.gov.
- Letters are filtered for relevance to dietary supplements, food safety, cosmetics, and unapproved drugs.
- Each letter is analysed to extract key violations, health risks, and regulatory context.
- Reports are structured for consumer readability with clear severity ratings.
